Lunch Clubs for the Little Kids 4th periodThis club can be reading quietly, playing games, or you can have them
read specific types of books in the library. It should be limited to 15 kids at a time. The schedule is first graders have recess from 10:45 to 11:05 ---1st Grade 11:10 to 11:30 ----2nd, 3rd Grade You can walk the first graders down to lunch through the north stairwell. You should pick up the second and third graders up in the cafeteria and take them to the library. At the end of the period, they can go back to their classrooms by themselves. Hallway Procedures
1. Getting the class ready to walk to the next class
- Line class up in your room from the doorway.
- When class is more than half ready, send them to the next class.
- Teacher needs to be in the doorway ready to monitor hall and greet next class.
- Walk in a class line, single file.
- Walk quietly
- Keep your hands and feet to yourself
- Face forward without leaning against the wall
- Walk in a class line, single file

- Up right, down left
- All teachers who have a class should be in their hallway door
- Stand in your doorway until your class is inside your room
- When you come out of the elevator with a class,
- Wait for your class to come out of the elevator, line up against the wall,
- Then walk down the hall
